Elevated by his unparalleled project management skills, Deon has managed budgets exceeding $30 billion and has formulated as well as executed essential financial strategies. These accomplishments have not only garnered him significant recognition but also helped him build enduring relationships with key stakeholders and industry leaders.

His professional journey is further distinguished by his experience with Big 4 audit and accounting firms, notably including tenures at Deloitte and KPMG. This invaluable experience has been pivotal in shaping him into one of the industry’s emerging leaders.

A U.S. Army Paratrooper Veteran, Deon served as the comptroller for a Special Forces Battalion—an extraordinary feat for an enlisted individual. His military background has fueled his passion for supporting veterans, first responders, and educators.

Educationally, Deon is well-rounded with degrees in Accounting (both Bachelor’s and Master’s), a Master’s in Marketing, and an MBA. He holds active CPA licenses in both Maryland and Virginia and is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

Samuel Frances-Barrot is a seasoned accounting and finance professional with over nine years of hands-on experience. With a career history spanning prestigious firms like Deloitte, Centri, MorganFranklin, and Connor Group, he brings a wealth of expertise to every project. Samuel specializes in working with company executives across a diverse array of industries—technology, government contracting, consumer products, and renewable energy—to address multifaceted accounting challenges.

His proficiency covers a range of topics, from new accounting adoption, leases, equity transactions, and consolidations to business combinations, convertible debt, restatements, de-SPAC transactions, and S-4 Filings. Additionally, Samuel has extensive experience in both private and public financial reporting, including 10-Q and 10-K filings.

A Certified Public Accountant in Virginia, Samuel holds a Master’s in Accountancy from the Villanova School of Business (VSB). His academic credentials also feature a double major from Lock Haven University, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a concentration in Economics and Finance, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting.
